Kevin Spacey Still Won't Say Whether Or Not He's Gay! His Response However Will Make You Give Him Infinite Praise!

Kevin Spacey may keep us wondering about his sexuality for a long time to come!

Notoriously, Esquire ran with a profile back in 1997, which suggested Kevin was gay, and since then Kevin has taken great care to keep his private life…well, private.

In a recent interview, Kevin definitively made it clear what he thinks about being asked whether or not he's gay:

"Let's let people live their lives and do it the way they want to do it. All the chips will fall in the end, and we'll all be judged by a much higher power than Entertainment Weekly can."

Too true!

Wise spoken words from the man who plays the verbose manipulator Frank Underwood on Netflix's House of Cards!

Whether or not he's gay, bi, or straight, we respect how he makes it clear that your sexuality shouldn't ever be a point of judgement.

So stop trying to bully it out of him! Leave him alone!

I am 100% pro gay, i have been since the age of 6 when I overheard someone bashing a gay relationship, HOWEVER, Spacey kissing his special agent in charge ruined House of Cards for me. Just because we're living in a hyper-pro gay society right now doesn't mean it's ok to portray EVERYONE as gay. It was a real turn off.

Kevin Spacey is a great and brilliant actor and he is totally right about this stuff. Privacy is privacy and should not be questioned. Not every actor needs to talk about his private life: its only the public who wants to know everything.
Please let people live and don´t ask too many private questions.

Get over it pez. When he said we'd be judged by a higher power then entertainment weekly, he was NOT speaking of you.

Re: pollopicu – I guess you missed the first season when he went to his school reunion and was shown to have been involved with another man. He also does not play a gay character, he obviously likes females too. So if labels were needed, the correct one would be bisexual. How often do you a gay or bisexual man represented on TV in a political drama? It was a first for me.

Who cares, he is a great actor period and it is perfectly his right to keep his private life private.

    love what he said.

Kevin Spacey is rumored to abuse his male production assistants by molesting them and threatening to fire them and black list them if they sing.

I hope there comes a time in our Society that it simply does not matter…

The dude is definitely gay. I knew one of his gay lovers (a big hitter on Wall Street) when I lived in NYC in the late 1990s. He didn't try to hide it too much then.

I think him being bi sexual makes his character stronger in the show because it shows that it isn't simply about sex for him rather the power and dominance he has over other people and his own irreverence to sexuality. F. U. taking advantage of every sexual opportunity regardless of gender solely for his own pleasure speaks strongly to his own self serving existence. And has created a more intriguing dynamic of his personality and to the show in how everyone is a pawn or a card to be played in the Underwood's sick and twisted game for power.
I do not understand people's objections to that scene as I thought it was brilliant and I definitely saw it coming because the secret service agent was an admirer of Frank's powerful position and seem to like being subservient to Frank. It seemed like no surprise that his admiration for his superior turned sexually. It is actually very common.
Also I do not like the term pro gay, maybe pro people, or pro equality which seems a lot less condescending and separatist.

Kevin Spacey is the greatest actor of his generation and his sexual orientation (staraight, gay,bi or whatever) should not be an issue. Last year ,I had the pleasure of seeing him play Richard III in San Francisco and he was magnificent in the role. He gets more talented with every year.I hope he never retires!

Hey "writer." Try spelling judgment correctly. AP Style is still the standard.

The dude is gay! I used to work with one of his favorite butt buddies. He isn't a little gay … he is VERY GAY.
