What. The. Fuck? He shouldn't be bothered at all with this.

There has to be more to this story than is being reported. They simply do not subpoena anyone to prove someone is insane. If that were the fact half of Hollywood would be subpoenaed. He was a mess then. Fall down drunk and possibly drugs too during and after the breakup with Vanessa. Johnny somehow has a tie to these two women and place and time.. I don't 'buy the "girlfriend" suggestion but once again people of his caliber aren't subpoenaed for nothing. Maybe a little sweet talk got him free drugs. He has recently been pictured holding a smoking of marijuana device .And the only way to get access to him is in public at the premiere. Time will tell. He will probably go in and get himself off the hook simply by saying she's lying but the police have to have something that links him to them both. Police just wouldn't waste their time unless they have something definite enough to serve him. You look at her picture and you think there is no way he would have anything to do with her……she's from the streets and has to be nuts. BUT, she was a limo driver and he uses limos….limo drivers can get their riders anything they want……. Don't slam my post as absurd. Think about it……You simply aren't served with a subpoena as a witness unless the police have proof that you knew this person somehow.. I am a Johnny Depp fan but I can see outside the box. Yes, he seems ok today but who knows what happened then……I guess we stay tuned and wait and see.

    Probably just a deposition.

Not a deposition. They just wouldn't do that. He had to be placed with her at that time and space to be subpoenaed. Feds just don't subpoena people for the fun of it or to prove someone that you never met or spoke to is insane.
