Uh oh!

Was someone too exhausted from partying it up at Coachella to attend his date with a Toronto judge on Monday??!

Justin Bieber opted out of his court date for an assault charge stemming from an incident with his limo driver on December 30, 2013.

Instead, JB sent his lawyer Brian Greenspan to the Old City Hall courthouse where he received disclosure evidence from the prosecution for their return to court on May 12th.

But will Justin be in attendance for the next hearing??! Brian insists that the pop star will show up before a jury when he gets a trial date this fall.

Hopefully there won't be another music festival that is wayyyy more appealing for our bad boy! LOLz!

HOow is this news? You know your allowed to send your lawyer to do that for you. Court appearance isnt required for that? Why do you make news out of nothing you idiot and try to start it with "uhoh" . shut up

I'm not a fan of Justin Bieber but most folks opt out of going to court if it is something their attorney can handle.

I think the kid is a d-bag, but him not going to that court date is not news, nor is it shocking. I don't think any defendant would go to the courthouse just for his lawyer to receive evidence, especially not someone famous, with a busy schedule, who isn't even in the country. Way to sensationalize nothing, Perez.
