Lea Michele is such a girl's girl!

No wonder everyone loves her!

The Glee superstar is an ambassador for L’Oreal Paris’ Women of Worth campaign, so it's not surprising that she's all for supporting other women!

Lea revealed the one issue she thinks women should focus on in 2014 is basically support and empowering other women!

Princess Lea said:

"I think it’s so important that women really focus on encouraging and empowering other women. That’s definitely something that people struggle with in [the entertainment] business and in this industry, and that the media especially likes to bring attention to in a negative way. It’s so important that we empower one another because it’s hard enough being a woman! We could use all the support that we can get from each other."

Very well said, Lea!

Girl-on-girl crime is terrible! So much greatness can come from positive encouragement and support from others!

We stand behind her statement 100%

It is hard to take this girl seriously - she talks about female empowerment when it suits her, then takes an ass-selfie when she needs attention.

Rosebud99 the whole point of her statement is for women to be on a woman's side no matter what her choice is and not to act like a judgmental person.

Really, Lea? Women should stick together? That's why you effed your co-star's fiance? Not only was she trying to push NAYA RIVERA off of glee, she was sexting, sucking, and f$$king BIG SEAN.

Re: rosebud99 – Her fans BEG HER for selfies so they can build these really cute montages. I don't remember Lea posting a ass-selfie. You must be referring to the picture of her in a bikini and someone took a picture of her from across the pool. That is not a selfie, that is a photograph that she posted on her Instagram. But, carry on with your hate - I know no one can stop you.

Re: MK – I don't know where you're getting your intel from, but none of that is even remotely true.

Re: Girl Power – Sorry, this 'stick together and don't judge no matter what' stuff is a crock. It's a cop-out. What it really means is that some women want to free of accountability. They want to be able to do things like debase themselves by posing for Terry Richardson, and not have to answer for it. They want to be able to further their careers and get as much attention as possible without having personal integrity get in the way. It is a self-serving misuse of female empowerment.

What a hypocrite! Everyone knows she was banging Big Sean behind Naya Rivera's back and in that fake relationship with Corey Monteith. Her voice is amazing, but she's pretty awful IMO.

    "girl power… strong independent… blaa blaa…. strong independent blaa blaaa… girl power… blaa… blaa… empowerment.. blaaa blaaaaaaaaa".
At the end of the day… one of the richest most educated families in america .. is white male asian female couples. We are one of the most educated pairing in the usa, one of the highest earning and we produce more college grad children per 100 than most other couples besides asian/asian couples. And i would not be surprised if we are the highest IQ couple (never seen a study on this but higher income suggests higher IQ). Talk is cheap. What matters is actual end results.
The only downside is that the divorce rate of white male/asian female is a few percent higher but thats probably because the average age gap between white men with asian wives is double white couples. I'd love to compare the divorce rate of similar aged couples but cant find such minute details.
My point? White women talk a good game and then white families fell behind asian familes and mixed white/asian families. Going "RA RA RA" is not power. Power is power.
Power is asians of america (and jews)

Sorry, but the news is out. You screwed your co-star's fiancé and plotted to get someone removed from the show. It almost worked, except the producers got balls and decided to keep them. Then your fake romance. You have so much bad Karma I wouldn't stand within a mile of you, let alone listen to anything you say.
