EXCLUSIVE! Porn Stars Are Getting The Shaft From Chase Bank! AGAIN!! Accounts Closed For 100s In The Biz?!

chase bank denying porn star accounts

Talk about bad business!

If you didn't hear this story last year, then buckle up because it's happening again!

Chase Bank has apparently decided to close quite a few bank accounts…and they all belong to people in the adult film industry!

If you'll recall, around this time last year, a lawsuit was filed against JPMorgan Chase claiming the bank violated fair lending laws and its policy for refusing to underwrite a loan for 'moral reasons.'

And now, the bank is apparently hitting the porn industry again as we've been EXCLUSIVELY told hundreds of letters went out to those in the adult film industry saying their accounts would be closed on May 11, 2014.

You can check out one letter and the deets we received along with it…AFTER THE JUMP!!

"@PerezHilton hey Perez what do you think about @Chase closing all adult performer and producer’s accounts today? Discrimination.

@PerezHilton @DirectorJoshua @Chase they did !!!!!"

porn star chase bank letter1

Just icky!!

You can check out another letter they sent to another porn star (below)!

With this one, we heard:

"@PerezHilton @Chase here is my wife’s (@MsTeagan) letter."

If this is really going on to workers in the adult film industry then we're outraged!

Just because you don't agree with a career choice, doesn't mean the workers don't have the same rights as everyone else.

After all, their careers are completely LEGAL!

Plus, let's all be honest…whoever decided to cancel the accounts probably totally WATCHES porn!

They are also closing ALL the accounts of Venezuelans or people that do business with Venezuelans. This bank is the worst. We all got letters like that one, and they never want to give you an explanation as to why they are closing your account. But we all find the common denominator once you start hearing the same story from hundreds of people.

Isn't porn legal? They're not arresting anyone. Is their refusing to serve a legal customer legal? Why, then, is a bakery being forced to make a cake for gays as it's illegal to refuse service? Egalitarian treatment is part of the law, isn't it? I am no proponent for porn, but for the law.

America just keeps inching closer and closer to becoming the first western Saudi arabia.
The fact that porn stars are able to earn a living and create bank accounts and get loans and be treated like a real business entity was comforting proof that america is NOT becoming the middle east. But…. it is. The United States Of Arabia.

If only these porn stars knew about Bitcoin, they could become their OWN banks and could NEVER be shut down!

And, they could help spread the word about Bitcoin far and wide. And switching to Bitcoin ultimately makes the banks irrelevant, which ultimately puts the banks out of business.

Thanks to Bitcoin, the days of illegal bank oppression like this are now behind us.

And the influence of porn stars can not be understated. The porn industry has always been the key to mainstream adoption of any new technology.

Bitcoin is ALREADY particularly useful for porn industry websites, for people who want to keep their purchases private. But now, the banks are illegally shutting down porn stars' bank accounts due to moral reasons? Bitcoin solves this problem, AND it shuts down the BANKS themselves!

I work for someone in the Bingo Hall industry and recently we received the same letter because Chase is closing anyone whose account is related to Bingo or Gaming of any kind. Most bingo's are charitable organizations that support churches, lodges and VFWs across America.

Why would you be doing business with these terrorist scum (the banks) in the first place?

    Re: Justin Galloway

Supporting (most) churches is nothing to be proud of or boast about.

    Re: Scott Rose

Bitcoin is a ponzi scheme, not unlike the US dollar itself.. but without backing of the US teroris.. I mean military.

I don't condone what chase is doing but they are completely within the law and rights to do it. When you apply for a credit card, you agree to their terms & conditions, no matter what. This means they can change your terms (par, credit limit, annual fee etc) and even close your account ANY time they want for no reason! People would have to prove that the ONLY people who got those letters were porn industry workers or whoever and that not even 1 random person was included. That's hard to do.
I know there are comments on here about discriminating against people bc that's the only stories you hear well just remember not everyone is gonna be upset by an account being closed and a lot of people don't like to put their personal business out there for the world to see……
If they are doing this just bc their employment is within the porn industry then shame on them!

Paxum Inc, the #1 preferred instant payment method for the online adult entertainment industry, has offered the porn star victims of the recent Chase Bank Account closures the opportunity to sign up for free and use Paxum services, and receive a free Paxum Payroll card.

so, I just want to make sure I've got this right. Starring in porn is bad. Ripping off billions of dollars from peoples pensions and 401K's by selling them fraudulent mortgage backed securities is okay. Got it.

Right, Chase who was in cahoots with Enron, chase that turned a blind eye to Madoff, chase that has had a finger in pretty much every major banking scandal in the past decade is getting sanctimonious? Are you kidding me?

Wallstreet runs this country with the Chicago thugs. Glad to see some stars in Hollywood are getting screwed even if they are porn stars! Next they will go after Christians & then gun owners! Welcome to Obama fricken land! Soon we'll all have nothing but the Obama thugs will have all.

Re: Scott Rose – Says the guy who apparently has a lot riding on a failing online currency backed by nothing, much like what we have going on now, seems destined to fuck some people out of their money, as it already has

Quit being such a nazi Perez. They have the right to hold a bank account in the USA - just not with Chase.

Do I think it's an odd decision by a bank? Yes, but this is America, not the sympa-fascist country you're trying to make it.

What you are missing is the Department of Justice "Operation Chokepoint" which is putting pressure on banks to stop doing business with "undesirables". Perfectly legal but icky things like payday lenders, porn stars, dating services, weapons dealers, etc. are being targeted by your federal government to prevent them from being able to use the banking industry.

Re: steve – Interestingly, it is the government that is likely driving this, not some high-and-mighty choice by Chase. They have been targeting certain industries for the last few years to prevent them from being able to use the banking industry. So your comment about Fascism is surprisingly ironic.
