And now, more news about this divorce is coming to light from both camps.

Well, maybe the tides are turning for Teresa Giudice?
She sure better hope so because she's still facing 27 months in prison for her fraud case with her hubby Joe Giudice, but at least she isn't facing MORE time on top of that.
Why's that, you ask??
She was being sued, along with Juicy Joe, for mortgage fraud by their former business partner Joseph Mastropole.
They are being accused of Joe forging Mastropole’s signature on mortgage documents for a building they owned. Mastropole’s name was then supposedly removed from the docs when Joe refinanced the property. However, he apparently wasn't given the $260,000 that the reality star owed him.
After hearing Joe's name all over this, we can't be too surprised to hear that Judge Robert Polifroni decided Teresa had no involvement and removed her from the case.
"Teresa is relieved to have this now behind her. She was grateful the judge ruled in her favor and is moving on."
She just better hope she isn't moving on to prison!
With her sentencing just a couple months away, reality has surely set in for this momma of four.
We just hope she knows her new reality could be prison…and not Bravo cameras and leopard tutus.
