Ryan Seacrest Surprises Everyone By Singing For The First Time On The American Idol Finale, America Collectively Asks Him Not To Quit His Day Job

| Filed under: TV NewsMusic MinuteAmerican IdolRyan SeacrestReality TV

You did your thing, Ryan Seacrest, but we gotta be honest. It was a little pitchy, dawg.

Actually, it was INCREDIBLY pitchy! But hey, he’s the host! Not a contestant!

After weeks and weeks of coaxing from Randy Jackson though, Ry Guy finally took the American Idol stage during last night’s finale to sing a song he performed at his very first concert as a little boy in Atlanta!

Aw!

Seacrest was introduced by his mom, dad and sister who were on hand to show their support.

Ryan certainly wouldn’t make the cut during AI auditions though, singing Richard Marx’s hit song, Right Here Waiting For You.

But don’t worry, because halfway through Seacrest's butchering, out comes THE Richard Marx to take over!

Oh, but then Seacrest comes back at the end to make sure your ears truly get their bleed on.

LoLz!

Don’t quit your day job, RyRy!

Lame. You and everyone else know this was his coming out party. Be true and say what it is. You are one of them now Perez. Sticking to the official press script. What straight man would sing this song to another man? Please.
