They've hired food extraordinaire team, top chef Annie Féolde and her husband slash restaurateur Giorgio Pinchiorri whose catering company Galateo is very well known in Florence, and the two have developed a super awesome menu!
"saffron pasta dumplings filled with black cabbage on a sauce of zolfini beans, or battered veal with a sweetened ginger sauce and a potato mousse patty cake. For desert, there's the possibility of a yogurt foam served on a Breton sablé of lime and fresh mango. "

Sounds like, if anything, these guests are going to be VERY well fed!
We bet a lot of doggy bags will be handed out to anyone who wants to take that scrumptious food home or back to their hotel! WAY better than room service, ha!
