Calum McSwiggan is adamant that he's not faking his alleged attack.
"I went to the police and now apparently I'm a criminal."
However, the police have revealed that they have video

Luckily, Brad survived the alleged attack and didn't suffer any injuries from the hit to the face from Ukrainian "prankster" Vitalli Sediuk.
His designer sunglasses however were not so lucky. Way to throw shade at Brad's shades, Vitalli!
Vitalli was thankfully subdued, arrested, and his bail has been set at $20,000. The first rule of this impromptu fight club is YOU DON'T FIGHT BRAD PITT EVER.
According to sources in law enforcement, a temporary emergency restraining order is now in place, which demands that Vitalli stay at least 500 feet away from Brad for the next 5 days. We're happy that long arm of the law is preventing Vitalli from using his long arm.
Apparently, the case has been forwarded to the L.A. City Attorney for potential prosecution, too! We'll see how this develops!
