And much to no one's surprise, it didn't go over well!
Here's what happened:

Porsche claims that a lawsuit filed by widow of Roger Rodas, the person in the unfortunate car accident that killed both himself and and Paul Walker, should be dismissed!
Kristine Rodas previously filed suit against Porsche, stating that the Carerra GT had a faulty part, and lacked a "crash cage" and "racing fuel cell."
But Porsche has pointed out that she couldn't name the faulty part in question, how it contributed to the crash, or if the part was an original or upgrade!
On top of that, they insist that the term "racecar" is a misnomer, and that it is a passenger car. A crash cage and fuel therefore wouldn't be expected by a "normal customer."
However, previously a Porsche exec stated that the car in question was "as close to a racecar as we will ever get" and that it also had "all the disadvantages of a racecar."
Hmm, well that's pretty inneresting. We wonder how that will factor into the motion Porsche filed.
Porsche wants the entire lawsuit tossed out and dismissed! We'll see if that happens!
