A Man In Georgia, Armed With A Rifle, Explosives & A Gas Mask Attempted To Cause Fatal Destruction To The Community, But One Heroic Deputy Got In His Way!
The devil went down to Georgia this morning, looking for multiple souls to steal, but instead he met a real life hero, Deputy Rush.
The devil in question, Dennis Marx, armed himself with an assault rifle, smoke grenades, a gas-mask, and high explosives and then attempted to assault Forysth County Courthouse at 10:30 a.m.
He opened fire on the government building and hit Sheriff's deputy Daniel Rush in the leg, but that exchange slowed him down enough to allow the SWAT team to arrive only 37 seconds later, as they were apparently en route on another call already.
Deputy Rush was, well, rushed to the North Fulton Hospital, sustaining injuries described as "non-life threatening," and the gunman was shot dead by the SWAT team.
“It was unreal, like being in the wild west. The only way I can describe it is a full frontal assault.”
The insanity didn't end there, however.
Law enforcement has spent the past few hours trying to both ensure the courthouse is safe and also clear out the home of the deceased gunman, which has apparently been heavily booby-trapped with bombs.
How scary! We sincerely hope no one else is injured!
