Will we ever get a Hunger Games theme park?
It could be closer than you think!
Lionsgate has announced the first official The Hunger Games: The Exhibition, a touring exhibit that promises "interactive displays of authentic costumes, props and other elements… featured in the first three films."
The tour was developed by Thinkwell, the company that created the Harry Potter tour. And we all know how that turned out. *cough*Wizarding World Of Harry Potter*cough*
"Now that we've built a critical mass of intellectual property, we're committed to extending our brands into exciting new businesses that create opportunities for our fans to engage with our properties at the same time they deliver significant incremental financial benefits to Lionsgate. We're thrilled to launch this initiative with the U.S. tour of The Hunger Games exhibition, which celebrates the world of The Hunger Games and offers Hunger Games fans an extensive behind-the-scenes look at the movie-making process."
Can you imagine walking from Panem to Forks to dystopian Chi-town all in an afternoon? With ice cream kiosks along the way??
