You can't have a good hero without a great villain, and it looks like once again Marvel is nailing it with their casting. Or as Kingpin might say, they "only hire the best men."
Vincent D'Onofrio, known best for his portrayal of genius detective Goren on Law & Order: Criminal Intent has been tapped to play the (very) big bad of the 13-episode Daredevil series on Netflix.
As Wilson Fisk, the Kingpin of Crime, Vincent will go head-to-head with Stardust star Charlie Cox, previously announced as the new Daredevil.
The mammoth mastermind Kingpin was previously played in the 2003 film by the late, great Michael Clarke Duncan.
Though Vincent is known more for playing brainy oddball roles, he is actually 6' 4", only an inch shorter than MCD.
That might not mean much to Ben Affleck (he's the exact same height!), but it should be plenty enough to tower over the 5' 10" Charlie.
