shia labeouf in court after arrest 1

Oh, Shia LaBeouf, what is going on?!

Before he was released from police custody, the Transformers star made an appearance in court following his Broadway arrest.

It is said that Shia is being charged with disorderly conduct, criminal trespass and harassment charges due to his erratic and disruptive behavior during the Cabaret musical Thursday night.

The 28-year-old is pleading not guilty to the charges and was released after the court appearance.

He is scheduled to return on July 24th for another hearing.

We all thought his bizarre behavior ended after his performance art stint in El Lay a couple of months ago, but it doesn't look like it.

Somebody needs to set this kid straight!

I think this is so sad. He is obviously going through something mentally and yet again you are attacking someone just like when this happened to Amanda Bynes. He needs help. If no one in his life is trying to help him then I'm sure he can't see the damage he is doing. Mental illness is no joke. But I guess the media needs their stories.

Shia is a wonderful young man and amazing actor. He's having pre-30's issues amongst other things like his uncle's lawsuit where he loaned $800,000 with no repayment. He just needs a good friend to talk to. Call me if you need my help. I totally understand, it's called Social Anxiety Disorder (SAD). After all he was only going out to have some mischevious fun and at that age it went from slightly bad to worse. Give the Dude a Break. How many times have we had meltdowns and done a couple of weird things? It's all about growing up… and I'm twice his age and still growing up. Ha Ha. He'll be fine and will rise to the occassion and overcome all of this. May you find positive inspiration and it's up to you to take this negative and turn it into the positives which you are looking for.
