No, not Allied...

Much like the Maleficent actress in the past, Emma was just appointed as the UN Women's Goodwill Ambassador!
In this role, the newly Brown graduate will be putting her efforts towards empowering young women and serve as an advocate for the UN Women’s "HeForShe" gender equality campaign!
"Being asked to serve as UN Women’s Goodwill Ambassador is truly humbling. The chance to make a real difference is not an opportunity that everyone is given and is one I have no intention of taking lightly. Women's rights are something so inextricably linked with who I am, so deeply personal and rooted in my life that I can't imagine an opportunity more exciting. I still have so much to learn, but as I progress I hope to bring more of my individual knowledge, experience and awareness to this role."
This all sounds very fitting for the humanitarian!
In the past, the Harry Potter actress has promoted girls' education for several years. During her involvement, she has visited Bangladesh and Zambia as a part of her efforts.
Emma is certainly the perfect candidate for this role and we have no doubt she will be AH-Mazing in it!
She has a pretty large platform and is a highly known public figure, why not use her powers to raise awareness for causes that need it?
You go, girl!
