No hard feelings here?!
The former FP co-host even tweeted at Joan Rivers' daughter following the episode, writing:

Thor is becoming a woman in the comics! Not with a little nip and tuck and hormone therapy, but because someone new will be picking up the hammer Mjolnir for a while, granting her the power of the thunder god.
And already there is some scuttlebutt that Marvel means to replace Chris Hemsworth with a female star in upcoming Thor and Avengers movies!
Sources cite Chris' difficulties keeping up the diet and training regimen for that amazing superhero body.
Besides, if that's what happens in the comics, it'll eventually happen in the movies BASED ON the comics, right?
Thor has been a woman before!
Both Jane Foster and Tara Olsen have wielded the hammer temporarily, and the man himself was a woman for a bit when Loki transformed him.
Thor has also been a frog. (Loki is HILARIOUS.)
Although we think it's a great story for a woman to swing the big ol' hammer for a bit, comic book characters always seem to revert back to the form that made them famous.
So we're guessing this too is just a temporary thing and highly unlikely to affect the billion dollar movie franchise.
Besides, are we really ready to say goodbye to all this??
The bigger question is, when are we going to get a solo movie of one of Marvel's already existing female heroes?
