It's almost here!!!

We've been teasing Hilary Duff's long-awaited return to music for months…

And now, she's prepared to share new jams with the world as early as…NEXT WEEK!

Rejoice! Praise! Dance!

The Duffster took to Twitter earlier today, announcing that her new single Chasing The Sun (written by Colbie Caillat, Jason Reeves, and Toby Gad) is available for preorder on iTunes!! In the surprise tweet, she said:

In a press release, Hilary explained a bit more about the fun song and the excitement of signing with RCA:

"I couldn't be more excited to join the RCA family! I came to them with my vision for the album and it has been a real labor of love, but something I am so proud of…I took a break from music for quite awhile, but it gave me the power to choose my next steps carefully and I'm really proud of the album I've made. Chasing The Sun is a light and fun summer song that I hope helps people to feel a little more carefree."

To top it all off, the single and Vevo music video will be dropping on July 29th — which is only 6 days away!

If Chasing The Sun is anything like the perfection that was Metamorphosis, the entire album is projected to be FLAWLESS!
