What a horrible person.
At the time, the religious leader had written on Twitter:

Uh oh, John.
When we last heard about the saga, Doug was trying to write a tell-all book after being forced into the spotlight by another one of John's ex-employees. The only problem was that John's lawyers claimed that he signed a confidentiality agreement and couldn't break it.
Well, it looks like we may be getting that book after all, because a California Appeals Court has ruled that Doug can challenge said confidentially agreement because he claims he never signed one in the first place!
The two met in 1981 and were more than professionally linked for six years.
This was such a juicy story, we can't believe it's been more than a year since we've gotten an update!
If Doug does win his appeal, and can eventually write the book, he better make damned sure all the chapter titles are bad puns referencing John's movies.
It's only fair.
