He put their huge house on the market Monday, so we knew shizzz was getting real….

And now, people from Robin Thicke's camp are revealing that he and Paula Patton are totally done — with an attorney already working on a financial settlement!

Despite his VERY public attempts at reconciliation, including an entire album dedicated to his estranged wife, Robin has reportedly given up on all hopes of a reunion and has begun diving up his assets.

Neither side has hired a divorce lawyer, and sources added that the singer will not be the one who files for the legal split…

So it's up to Paula to make the final move!

This could either be a check mate OR a slap in the face — Yikes!

We're on the fence about the entire ordeal, but truly feel it's time for everyone to move on.

Yeah he actually tried his best apologising, it was too hard for Paula to forgive him. He has to move on and leave her to her conscience, he's human, we all make mistakes. He made a mistake, realized it and apologised, her decision was to never forgive. May she never make a mistake, or offend someone because she won't deserve forgiveness too.

Over the past few days, the wrestling organization has suspended THREE of its stars for violating their "talent wellness policy". At this time, Total Divas stars Eva Marie and Paige, AKA Saraya-Jade Bevis, as well as Paige's boyfriend Alberto Del Rio, have each been suspended for 30 days.
