He's only telling the truth. Her mother was selfish, and unfortunately she was too. The kids are the ones that will now have to deal with not having their mother, just as she did, but hopefully they break the cycle.

Re: Bob – Lots of people are selfish. They're not all drug addicts. If it was passed down to the children, they will need to work hard to fight against their genetic predispositions. Normal healthy people don't choose to become drug addicts, no matter how selfish they are. As someone who can't stand being out of control, it's unfathomable to me that someone would seek that out unless something was fundamentally wrong beyond a mere character fault.

I'd blame Bob, he never let Paula go and he used his children to keep her although she clearly wanted a new life with Michael Hutchenche. He just used his children's innocence because he couldn't cope with the loss and now it hits him back….frankly too many lives wasted and one great life wasted: michael hutchenche!

Besides, I doubt he was such a great parental figure or even managed to guide her properly, that husband of hers looks like a total useless moron (she even said it herself, he didn't help with the children). Bob didn't even manage to do a good job with his children, too many lives lost, just because he didn't let go op Paula, just because he was in too much pain without her and paula's adoration for michael. What has this man really accomplished in his life? Don't hide behind charities when you are the most egocentric being.

I'm sorry, addict or no, it doesn't excuse her from doing that shit with her BABY there. He apparently was alone for 17 hours and thank god he didn't get into some of it or get seriously hurt. And after seeing what her own mother had done. Nope, she was selfish and deserves the criticism. Being an addict does not resolve one of responsibility.
