Tim McGraw's Slap Victim Has Slapped The Country Star Back! With A Potential Lawsuit!

tim mcgraws slap victim has slapped the country star back with a lawsuit

Uh oh!

Tim McGraw got into a bit of hot water recently when he slapped a woman at a concert at Aaron's Amphitheatre at Lakewood in Atlanta earlier this month.

Tim claims the woman was trying to grab his "junk" and also attempted to rip off his jeans! Police were called in to investigate the matter, and they apparently are siding with the country star.

But the fan Jesslyn Taylor has hired a Georgia based personal injury attorney named Eric Hertz and he says his client was not doing anything that Tim claims she did!

Mr. Hertz attests that his client was only at fault for being an overly enthusiastic fan in a "interactive environment."

The personal injury lawsuit has not been filed YET Mr. Hertz has contacted Tim McGraw's legal team to discuss the matter.

Which means this thing is either heading to court or it could potentially be settled without all of that.

One thing that IS clear is that the slapped up fan definitely wants an apology from Tim McGraw who she believes has humiliated her with the comments he's made about her.

Depending on how good that potential apology is will probably decide whether Jesslyn Taylor follows through with the personal injury lawsuit. If she DOES keep the lawsuit going - we can all be sure of what she'll want.

And that's M-O-N-E-Y!!!

I would not be surprised if ever she would win her court case simply because she is a female.

Since when is a singer walking by you an 'interactive environment?' You watch and listen,
you don't grab, hit, touch or anything else. The rules for respecting a person's space in public
still stand, and moreso if someone's performing, in my opinion.

That woman is what is wrong with people! Did she ever stop to think how Tim would feel getting groped by a stranger in a room full of potential Mark David Chapman's?? Her "wild, girl's night out" was Tim's day at the office. She does not have the right to touch him. She certainly shouldn't have the right to sue him. But she will and her fellow citizens will pay for her to do so with valuable tax dollars….such a waste of humanity.

Tim kind of deserves this. If she was holding on he should have waited for his security, not hit her.

Re: KaraAlissa – homeguurl, if a man aimed for your crotch would you wait security?

She grabbed him, he defended himself. If it were a man that did this - it would not even be going to court. He couldn't have known if it were a man or a woman that were attacking him by the way she grabbed him from behind, he just reacted like any human would when feeling attacked and swiped at the object that was attacking him. If it were a man who did it - it wouldn't even be going to court because it would be considered self-defense. Just because they are celebrities, doesn't mean they don't have the right to defend themselves when they are attacked. They are not the public's property.

@klizbinhilton if you actually paid attention to the video she didn't touch him and a second later he goes back to retaliate, he was singing to someone else as she grabbed him and he turned around to stop her. He slapped her away and it look like she went back or more and he smacked her again.
I'm sorry I don't think a man should hit a woman but in this case she deserved it and I hope he doesn't settle and if it goes to court the court sides with him.

Women get harrassed, grabbed and worse everyday and Tim has an issue with this?…get over it…He should be happy someone wants to touch his old butt…butter face. But yes, kidding aside,no one should ever touch another person without consent…I have to say…

I'm sorry - but I remember ripping the shirt off of rock stars when I was a teenager and they NEVER ASSAULTED A FAN! They NEVER ASSAULTED A WOMAN. So get off your high horse and own up to ASSAULTING A fan!

I don't know why some Tim McGraw's fans are condoning his behavior or siding with him on this. I live in Nashville, TN and I see the country music stars ALL OVER the place b/c they live here. Trust me, they are… at the end of the day …just people… who grocery shop, go out to eat at local restaurants, drive their kids to school, etc….they just happen to have a talent that affords them to entertain people and make a lot of money doing it…but I say money or fame or not… a man …NO MAN…should hit a woman. He could have easily had her restrained or removed. I have a hard time seeing how a 200 pound 6 foot or so man could justify smacking a woman in the face because she grabbed his jeans at a show : o I went to tons of concerts in the 80's when metal bands were playing..very rowdy shows…where the singers and band members had women grabbing at them all over the place…I never saw a band member or singer smack a chick in the face. EVER. Country music has been sucking lately with all it's pop studio creation songs and this brings it to a new low : ( Think I will break out my traditional country music CD's and change the channel when Tim McGraw's songs are played. Bad choice on his part (and yes he did have choices here) I hope he gets the help he needs if I were Faith I'd get the heck out of that relationship and be running for the "hills"…no pun intended.
