You gotta be careful not to over-share on Instagram! Especially when you post a pic that proves you’re violating your probation!
Two weeks ago, Miguel told his followers that he had just taken a motorcycle ride down the California coast.
Sounds nice, right?
Only problem is, Miguel isn’t allowed to be out driving his Harley right now!
The 28-year-old singer was convicted of DUI back in February and was ordered to only get behind the wheel of a vehicle equipped with an interlock device (where you blow into a tube to test if you’ve been drinking or not.)
Sources say there ain’t no interlock on his Harley!
"rode down the coast to pv today. now I'm right where I belong, finishing something for your long rides, or flights #holdtight #artgang #harleydavidson #bobber”
…he pretty much told police, “Yo! I’m breaking the law over here!”
You’d assume he’d be back behind bars for this, right?
Surprisingly enough, a city attorney says this is not sufficient enough evidence to prove a probation violation! Authorities need to catch him in the act of driving!
You got away with it this time, Miguel! But the po-po DEFINITELY have their eyes on you now!
