If you're one of the millions of The Big Bang Theory fans who are anxiously waiting to hear when season 8 of the hit show is going to start filming, we have an update.
According to Deadline, production on the CBS staple was supposed to start on Wednesday, but since the main cast is still holding out for a pay increase, shooting is now scheduled to begin next Wednesday.
As we've previously reported, Kaley Cuoco-Sweeting, Jim Parsons, Johnny Galecki, Simon Helberg, and Kunal Nayyar are trying to get more than their current $350,000 per episode.
And… now for the bad news.
Since the show will be losing a week of filming, season 8 might have to be cut from 24 episodes to 23.
However, if the cast does come to an agreement soon, it would be possible to rearrange the Spring schedule, guaranteeing the full season order.
We'll just have to wait and see if Kaley, Jim, and the rest of the gang can reach an agreement with the show in the next five days, because if they don't, things won't be looking good for the sitcom.
