It seems Michael Jackson's troubles will never be over.
This week he finally filed the official claims in court.
Though most of the details have been redacted due to their sensitive nature, a few have been made public.
Safechuck says Michael gave him jewelry as a "reward" and developed a code they could use when talking about the behavior in public.
He also claims that Michael molested him hundreds of times, eventually installing a special wind chime in the hallway at Neverland Ranch to alert him when someone was coming.
Safechuck also claims that the abuse tapered off when he turned 12 years old, and Michael turned to a younger boy named Brett.
The Jackson Estate released a statement refuting the charges, saying:
"Mr. Safechuck's request to file a late claim against the Jackson Estate so he can recover money from Michael's beneficiary will hopefully be rejected. This is a person that made his claim five years after Michael died, more than 20 years after the incidents supposedly happened and has given sworn testimony that Michael never did anything inappropriate to him."
The first hearing for this new case has been set for early September.
It seems unlikely at this point that we'll ever know for sure. But we just hope the truth prevails.
