This is sad!

After five years in the sweet embrace of each other's tanned arms, Sammi "Sweetheart" Giancola and Ronnie Ortiz-Margo have called it quits ~~AGAIN~~.

The two have been on-and-off ever since they became a couple on the Jersey Shore and their tumultuous relationship was well-documented throughout the show's 6 seasons (remember the infamous note scandal from season 2?!).

According to Ronnie, however, this break-up is way more amicable than the couple's other splits.

Ronnie reveals:

"She's still a great person. I love her as a person and I care about her but we went our separate ways. That's it."

Though Ron and Sam split two months ago, they're still involved in each others lives.

Ronnie adds:

"At the end of the day, we went through a lot of stuff together. We have a lot of history so I keep her close."

Ha, a lot of history is right!

While we're not sure Ronnie and Sammi are done for GOOD, we're happy the two were able to handle this most recent break-up in a mature way.

Why is this sad? Their relationship was beyond toxic.Between the physical and verbal abuse, jealousy and screaming fits that their cast as well as club patrons were subjected to, I don't see how this ever could have survived. These two people are an embarrassment and especially together, good riddance.

Following snaps of Calvin Harris and Nicole Scherzinger leaving a London club together this past weekend, speculation began to swirl over the pair's relationship status.

Unfortunately for those who've already shipped the duo, a rep took to E! News to reveal that NOTHING is going romantically. Considering Nicole is still dating and smitten with tennis pro Grigor Dimitrov, this comes a big relief! LOLz!

In the rep's statement, they explained:

"They're casual friends, and if they see each other at a club or party they will chill. They are not hooking up or hanging out. Calvin isn't rebounding with anyone at this time."

Sounds like this all for the best. Harris definitely needs to relax and recover following his split from Taylor Swift just a month ago -- not to mention he has to bear witness to her new and pap friendly relationship with Tom Hiddleston.
