Considering this IS an award show, we guess we have the responsibility to tell you that Benedict Cumberbatch won the 2014 Emmy for Outstanding Actor in a TV Miniseries or Movie!

But considering Sherlock didn't even bother to show up, let's talk about the real stars of the moment: Matthew McConaughey and Woody Harrelson!

The two True Detective actors graced the stage with their wonderful bromance, and everything about it was AMAZING!

    Benedict and Martin Freeman were both working in England - at different things. I would think if they were in LA or even New York they would of been there.
    When Benedict was nominated he said he was thrilled and wanted to be there to sweat on the red carpet and applaud for the people who won..then be at the party. He probably didn't know work would not let him. He and Martin were there last year.
    I think Benedict is so great at Sherlock that sometimes people take him for granted. Am so glad he won. People who work with him know he deserves it, and Martin too.
    I think if at all possible Benedict will be at the Oscars….
