CAN IT BE OCTOBER 8th YET?!?!

Seriously, we can't handle all the teasing American Horror Story and Ryan Murphy have been giving the world lately!

Season four finds the series following a freak show in Florida in 1952, and the characters look OUT OF THIS WORLD.

Jessica Lange plays the German expat in charge of one of the last freak shows in the country and the rest of the cast, like Emma Roberts, Kathy Bates, Angela Bassett, Evan Peters, and more play some of the freaks in the show.

We've already seen Sarah Paulson's double-headed character Bette and Dot Tattler, but it's cool to see what some of the others characters will look like!

We can't wait to see them all!

P.S. Don't forget to ch-ch-check out the brand new teaser…AFTER THE JUMP!!!

Not interested in seeing a show that revisits the exploitation and dehumanization of others. I would hope movies like the elephant man would be enough to end calling this entertainment. Shame on the actors participating. It is time to move forward with empathy and compassion.

Re: Mitanni – Your unfamiliarity with the series is glaring. I'm sure those same people you feel you are defending would ask that you not judge a book by its cover and likewise you should not speak so presumptuously about what this show will be about or how it will portray the humanity of its characters. Even within the horror genre and all that comes with it, the people behind the American Horror Story series have always presented very round, developed and complex characters capable of engendering genuine empathy (among other feelings).
