What's appalling is that the real story is nowhere to be found on this website. How irresponsible to add fuel to this already blown out of proportion fire. The sad part is that when it really is about race, most people are sick of the crying wolf. What a shame.

Appalling is having sex in a car in the middle of a public space and then attempting to cover it up by making damaging accusations against police officers who are simply doing their job. I would think that some effort would be made to see both sides of this story, not just that of the "celebrity" involved.

  3. 3

Perez you make me sick. What is wrong with you? Do a little research before you post a story.

  4. 4

Seriously, talk about a completely false, bullshit, one-sided story. How about the complete omission of the fact that she was having intercourse in a vehicle with the door open for the general public to see. Who wouldn't turn her into the police?

  5. amber says – reply to this

    5

…..she was being a total bitch to the cops….I'm just sorry she didn't spend a night in a cell….

  6. 6

perez is deleting the posts that show the truth, go to the site that show the real story….the site has 3 letters…

  7. Ash says – reply to this

    7

please tell me you heard the whole story before casting your judgement. The recordings clearly show this actress pulling the "race" card and her "don't you know who I am" bullshit.

  8. Perez says – reply to this

    8

    Perez,

You DO realize the cops asked for her ID. She refused to show it to them and walked away.

Hmmm if I was a cop that would say to me…This girl IS committing a crime!
If she just handed over her ID like the male she was with the cops would have let her go and this wouldn't be a story.

The cops were also responding to a witness report.

  9. lisajamiegirl says – reply to this

    9

She was freaking having sex in the car with the door open and refused to give the cops her ID. She pulled the race card and the "Do you know who I am". What a tard.

  10. shameonyou says – reply to this

    10

Perez, Perez….You should get all the facts before ragging on the cops. The tapes are out there and this woman, definitely NOT a lady, was a total ass. She played the race card and then tried to use her fame. The cops were doing the job we pay them to do. The Writer's Guild called 911 and complained. They saw her having sex. Would you want YOUR son to walk by and see that? I don't think so. I am so tired of people coming down on the cops when they don't know the facts. I will never watch anything this woman is in ever again. She's dead to me. You don't treat people the way she treated these guys.

  11. bwaymum says – reply to this

    11

Just an FYI-yes they CAN detain you if you don't give them your ID and walk away. Do your research. The girl is an egotistical idiot.

  12. Smurfy says – reply to this

    12

What is appalling is that this is getting media coverage. Someone called the cops because they were getting frisky in the car in public. The couple is in the wrong here, not the cop. The cop was just doing his job in responding to the reported lewd act.

  13. Jill says – reply to this

    13

Perez, you're a twat. Shame on you for not doing your homework and actually getting the facts before you go stirring the pot. Inappropriate sexual acts were being performed for all to see, someone called the cops because they understood that this shouldn't be happening, the cops responded, as they are required to do, the entitled f*@%=tard decided to pull the race/"do you know who I am" card (which, by the way, I know who you are - NOBODY) when asked for an ID, all the while refusing to show her ID. She brought this drama on herself, and I know why. Five minutes ago, no one knew she even existed, but because of tards like you, she's gotten exactly what she wanted - her name out there. Way to go! Hollywood is full of idiots, you included Perez.

  14. endmathabusenow says – reply to this

    14

What was on her ID card had nothing to do with whether they were fully clothed or not in the car. To check for other outstanding warrants or reasons to arrest is not a valid excuse. People in ethnic groups that are more often interrupted by police have every right to be upset.

  15. Real story? Who cares! says – reply to this

    15

    Re: endmathabusenow
her ID tells them who she is. i'm white, if a cop asked me for ID, no matter what colour he is, I GIVE HIM MY ID!! how is this a hard concept to following?? Law abiding citizens with nothing to hide would GIVE THE COP THEIR ID!!

  16. joinSD says – reply to this

    16

Re: endmathabusenow – Am on Team Ethnic & have been pulled over for traffic violations and petty mischief. Showed ID when asked and AMAZINGLY was able to go about the rest of my day. This moron is the wrong person you want as the police abuse poster child.

  17. joinSD says – reply to this

    17

P.S. Love yer website but you really missed the mark on this one

  18. John says – reply to this

    18

I'll be looking for the corrected story with all of the FACTS. But then again, journalistic integrity isn't exactly what Perez is about.

  19. Bad call Perez! says – reply to this

    19

Wait a minute, so a citizen calls in a complaint, the police show up to investigate, but wait - there is a person of color involved. So the police should just decline to investigate the situation? Come on Perez, how about some support for the people who put their lives on the for us every single day? They are certainly not all perfect, but they aren't all racists either. Don't make irresponsible comments that make our country's racial issues even worse than they already are.

  20. Real story? Who cares! says – reply to this

    20

Why does my response get deleted? censorship against you're ignorance doesn't make loyal followers..

  21. 21

Shame on you, Perez!! The truth shall set you free and this Daniele chick is an idiot!! Go listen to the audio…

  22. Jay says – reply to this

    22

so who has proof they were having sex or is it just a he said she said situation? if you have facts then link us to the "factual" reports, where's the links to the websites with the full story…. don't worth I'll wait

    love you Perez

  23. 23

Re: Jay – have posted the links twice and perez deletes them, go the the 3 lettered web sire and know the truth

  24. Truth says – reply to this

    24

First you violated Jennifer Lawrence and now the cops, stop the hate and show the love. Cops did their jobs, she could have hurt herself by trying to escape the cuffs. the cops didn't beat her, Thirty Mile Zone is posting the true account and not her bias opinion! If she was white, would you still side with her? NO! why'd her bf give ID but she wouldn't? so only white people are suppose to show ID but people of colour get a free pass to break the law? no ones asking the right questions!

As a person of no colour, I'm offended that i can never pull the race card, that's the true injustice!

  25. Fitzzz says – reply to this

    25

    SLUT
Having sex in a parked car in broad daylight with the door open
    Than scram RACIAL injustice

  26. @v@ says – reply to this

    26

So someone called the police on them, and according to another site, it was because she was a black woman PDA-ing with a white guy and so the caller maybe thought she was a hooker. If that's the case, there could have been racial profiling there, but it wasn't necessarily the cops, who were simply responding. Not sure about Cali, but certain states have stop and identify laws; regardless of your state's law, keep in mind that police can never compel you to identify yourself without reasonable suspicion to believe you're involved in illegal activity. She didn't believe she was involved in illegal activity.
Let a judge sort this one out.

  27. Listen to your readers says – reply to this

    27

Hmm Perez, I think this is one of those times that you need to read your feedback and take another look at this story…you can't be the only sane person in a world full of crazies, it just might be you.

  28. AB says – reply to this

    28

Perez, i have been looking at your site for years and this is just dissapointing. PLease get the facts right before telling a story or it will make it hard to come to this site because i wont know if your telling the truth or not! all the comments on this point are saying teh same thing, listen to your readers and correct the story. if you need help on the facts there are many websites reporting the correct story, take note.

  29. Sleekyman says – reply to this

    29

Some of you are just so stupid? Where are the footage of the having sex or the pics?
After an investigation is was determine that no crime was committed some idiots are still talking bullshit. Who made the 911 call, why did he/she take picture if his/her camera had no video? Some swore that he saw a guy waving gun in a supermarket and someone got killed for it for no good reason. You all should shut the hell up!

Re: eye luv perez – Where is it written that she was having sexual intercourse with her hubby i the car? Wow… just wow… you people are sick!

  32. ONIT says – reply to this

    32

The police says: " no crime had been committed".
If the rumors are true, the police is telling a lie or the rumors are fake. Take your pick.

  33. KP says – reply to this

    33

Perez, do research first. Witnesses and those that called it in do not say they were just holding hands, kissing, or hugging! Upset they turn this into a race issue.

  34. stephanie says – reply to this

    34

i really don't see anything wrong with these officers. I see an out of control woman. If you weren't doing anything wrong, you should have nothing to worry about. Its normal to ask for identification, all they do is look up with there are any warrants, chat with them to find if there was or was not a crime and decide to release them because of no crime (or no evidence to show a crime), or arrest them. She wasn't arrested. I don't know what the hell the big deal is. She is obviously in need of attention. I hate that we are all giving this so much attention, and negative attention on the police officers who were doing their jobs. Let the good guys be the good guys. Enough already ugh.

  35. Hugh says – reply to this

    35

The bitch is ugly. I would think she was a prostitute too. It's not like she was a major actress. She looks like a crackhead. This could have been over if she gave him her ID. Next time you get pulled over for speaking use the excuse that you don't have to show ID. See how far that gets you.

  36. Hugh says – reply to this

    36

Re: Jay – if someone calls in a complaint to the police they must follow up. Idiot!!! Example a possible burglary is called in. Cops get there man says I live here and locked my keys in the house. Do the cops say cool. See ya or ask for ID?

  37. Clarice says – reply to this

    37

Re: sally – I agree wholeheartedly. If you are going to post the video post the WHOLE video. Allow the public to make their own INFORMED decision. First of all it is WRONG to have sex in a car with the doors wide open for everyone to see you. That is called indecent exposure. Second, if a concerned citizen calls the cops you should not be surprised when the cop is now required to do THEIR job because of your lapse in judgment. Thirdly, you should be man/woman enough about it just admit that you were WRONG and for God's sake quit using the race card…it is not applicable! The situation is as simple as you were caught doing something stupid and when you were reported you tried to finagle your way out of it unsuccessfully. The sad thing is that this probably would have gone away if you had just handed over your ID as requested. The cop probably would have just written the report as he was obligated to do in response to a 911 call and again the whole situation would have gone away. Finally, Perez should be ashamed of himself for incorrectly reporting the situation. Do your research Perez and hopefully you too won't be caught with "your pants down" again.

Now that the PICTURES showing they were doing more than kissing came to light, where is the update on your poor reporting skills??

Taking the side of a celebrity and discrediting the LAPD is gross abuse of power. Learn from these mistakes you keep making and be a better person.

People that don't commit crimes often have a easier time complying with police. You were wrong to encourage people to have sex in cars and then hassle the police when they get caught. Which by your poor reporting skills did!

Police are people too, doing a job you and i could never handle. have some respect and love.
