Wow. We didn't realize having icy powers and adorable talking snowmen were the norm in this world! Where can we sign up for this??
Months after the CRAZY success of the Disney animated film, Frozen, a woman named Isabella Tanikumi is claiming the House of Mouse based the flick on her very own life in a $250 million dollar lawsuit!
What the WHAT??
Okay, let's be real, it's a pretty common occurrence to have someone come out of the woodworks and claim a particular thing was their idea once it becomes super successful!

But to file a giant lawsuit against Disney is pretty insane on her part.
Isabella is claiming the Walt Disney Co. based the movie off of her 2010 autobiography about growing up in the Andean mountains of Peru — NOT the Hans Christian Andersen fairy tale, The Snow Queen.
She's also saying the company plagiarize and copied all of the characters and plots from her own story!
Those are some pretty big claims, Isabella! Unless you can prove now that you have a cute snowman and adorable reindeer following you around…we don't think this case is going to go very far.
Better luck next time??
