Seriously, I have never seen someone "pine" so freaking long over someone she dated for two months. Obviously, it meant way more to her that it did to him. She's still pathetically trying to get his attention. I remember feeling that way - WHEN I WAS 11 YEARS OLD! Just so desperate at her age. Grow. The freak. Up. And I pray Harry writes a song about her nerdy butt……it made her stop stalking John Mayer!

Re: MommaS – We really don't know when she wrote this song, maybe it was right after they broke up. Anyway I like it.

Re: MommaS – Did you listen to the song because it isn't a bitter…awkward

I dont understand how someone with a voice like that gets so popular? She looks very awkward and how is she giving love advice from short relationships?? For a 22 yo she acts like shes 13. Hey Taylor just cuz your agent setup a lunch date with a you and a fmous boy does not make him your bf and it doesnt count as a relationship its simply for publicity so you can fool more people to buy your stupid songs. Be a 22 yo go get drunk, try getting laid and write about it after..

I agree, she acts like a teenager and her songs are very immature. She comes across as a psycho ex girlfriend. In the words of Michael J Fox, "What a way to build a career."

Nashville whore has the worst voice and horrible song.

Oh Taylor, no. Didn't she and Harry date for like 6 weeks? Get over it already. Even if she wrote the song a long time ago, she needs to stop milking it. It makes her seem pathetic.

And I know that her fans will lap this up, but wow this song sounds like it could be done by anyone. She's losing whatever it is that made her distinct. In the long run, it'll hurt her.

This song has a Wilson Phillips vibe. LOVE IT!

This is the same crap she always writes with worse than usual backing. Why do people still listen to this? It was only impressive when she wrote these songs when she was 14yo…

Re: rosie – You are such a moron. She wrote it then. This is the first album she's released since then. She is not milking anything. Honestly, get a life. Super sad you have nothing better to do than listen to songs you clearly don't like, and then bash. YOU grow up.

Unique? I'm pretty sure she's not the first nor only "emotional expressive" singer out there.

If you google "Taylor Swift and Harry Styles Fake Relationship" so much comes up stating that it was planned by their publicists to get publicity each of their projects and since Harry couldnt stand her, he ended their relationship contract early. A lot of people know this and the fact that she would still continue to try and convince people that she writes stories "about her real life" is embarrassing for her. This song sounds like a poor mans version of "All Too Well" from her last album. Yawn.

Hmm. I can't understand why there are a lot of people who listens to the song and give negative comments. To think that in the first place they don't like Taylor Swift but will still listen to her song then afterwards rant and say something like "she's so immature… blah blah blah" well you guys are the ones who's being immature here.

  15. Ellie says – reply to this

Actually @stardust we all have the right to listen to a song objectively then state whether or not we like it and what we think the pros and cons of that song are. It's called not being in middle school and deciding for yourself what songs you like and not being a mindless idiot and "loving" every song just because you like the person who performs it. I like some of Taylor's songs. I don't like this song because it's too repetitive and simple. Not catchy enough for my liking, a monkey could have written this song. Some of Taylor's good songs are White Horse, Tim McGraw, Treacherous, Sad Beautiful Tragic, Breathe, Stay Beautiful, and Change. So there.

Taylor and Harry dated about 5 months. It was kept secret till it was impossible to hide it.

Re: Margie – She is a lot more mature than you. She is the CEO of her own Corp. and is worth close to 300 million dollars. All the songs and sets for her shows are from her. Rolling Stone calls her a songwriting genius.

  18. MB says – reply to this

Re: Jen – Yeah, except Rolling Stone today is the same as the music industry today. Not as good as it used to be, in every way. Rolling Stone is likely written by a bunch of snot nosed children who wouldn't know good music if it kicked them in the face (like it should) I would almost bet that the people at Rolling Stone, if you mentioned a quality legendary rock band from the 80's or 90's, who would deserve to be on the cover, they'd (the editors) be like ???? who ???? If you believe that shit about Rolling Stone, you're an idiot.
