Do You Live In One Of The Snobbiest Cities In America?? Check Out The Full List HERE!

LuAnn de Lesseps

It's official.

New York City is the snobbiest place in all of America!

But don't just take our word for it, Travel + Leisure put together a definitive list of the 20 snobbiest cities in the country, and NYC just happens to take the cake.

The rest of the offenders include…

1. New York City
2. Miami
3. Los Angeles
4. Washington, D.C.
5. Boston
6. Tampa
7. Dallas
8. San Francisco
9. Salt Lake City
10. Providence
11. Atlanta
12. Kansas City
13. Las Vegas
14. Charleston
15. Phoenix
16. San Diego
17. Chicago
18. Houston
19. Seattle
20. Orlando

We hate to say it, but we're not surprised by many of these!

In fact, Charleston's inclusion on the list is the only surprise out of the entire bunch.

To figure out which cities made the Top 20, the travel mag analyzed 38 metropolitan areas in a ton of nose-raising fields, including cleanliness, number of wine bars, recycling habits, intelligence, and even coffee quality.

Also, we'd just like to point out that the Top 4 snobbiest cities each represent a season (or two) of Real Housewives!

Purely coincidental, we're sure.

Throw Birmingham, Michigan in there! Some of the snobbier people collectively. I worked at a cafe there and never in my life have been treated so bad like I wasn't even human. Service workers are people too! Be nice!

I'm born and raised in Charleston, and am shocked by this!! We are constantly on both the friendliest city lists and the prettiest cities. I can tell you, most of us born and raised here, will stop and help a stranger with a map out, and truly love our home!
