Stephen Collins Isn't Being Prosecuted Even After He Admitted To Molesting & Exposing Himself To Minors

This is a twist we didn't expect!

7th Heaven's Stephen Collins admitted to molesting and/or exposing his bits to three underage girls, but he won't have to deal with the legal consequences.

Law enforcement sources revealed that the actor won't be prosecuted because all three of the cases are from decades ago! They even looked into one that was closed two years ago, but it was still too old, because of the statute of limitations.

However, in the New York case, the statute may not have run out, since the victim reported it in 2012. The catch is that officials are having a tough time making a case since it happened in the 70s.

BUT Collins' molestation won't go away yet because his ex who released the secret tape, Faye Grant, said that she wants their assets divided in their divorce in case another victim tries to sue Stephen. His side is that Faye used the tape as extortion in the divorce.

And there's still the lingering rumor that Collins molested a child between 1996 and 2007, while on 7th Heaven, but no one's coming forward to confirm it.

Our thoughts are still with the victims of this case, because no one should ever do what Collins did.

There is no PROOF. Only a tape of someone that the wife says is collins admitting to it. But who says that it is him?

What about those people that Terry Richardson supposedly molested? Never heard anything more about that either. Celebrity justice

Re: tom – How stupid are you? He would have 10000% denied it if this tape was not true. He obviously didn't. No one would just stand there doing nothing if it was lies. But it ISN'T.

    Re: erica
Yes it should. I'm sorry but it is damn near impossible to prove beyond a reasonable doubt something like that happened when it was 30-40 years ago (not necessarily referring to Stephen Collins case, but in general). When it has been that long…it is highly doubtful any evidence would exist beyond a he said/she said situation.

Many of the laws in America are completely backwards. Number one, why does the statue of limitations relevant to child molestation and child rape? That law obviously needs to be changed. The laws regarding people posting naked pictures of other people on the internet should be changed too! There are no laws protecting those people, and its rediculous. They don't get prosecuted at all.

Re: greedy bitch – - Who gives a shit what the wife did? Last time I checked, being malicious and opportunistic isn't a crime. Fondling children is.

Stop shifting the blame from the criminal scumbag who scarred little kids for life with his perverse actions. Makes you sound like a pedo yourself.
