Chris Rock Does His Stand-Up Routine For Saturday Night Live… But Did He Go Too Far?!

| Filed under: TV NewsChris RockSaturday Night Live

This week, in addition to having a supercharged performance from Prince, the Saturday Night Live audience was also treated to the stylings of Chris Rock, but some didn't seem too into it.

The comedian basically did stand-up for his opening monologue, which is fine because that's what people love him for!

But Rock seemed to have misunderstood the audience, looking hard for laughs about his terrorism jokes.

That's probably because terrorism isn't really funny.

By the end though, the host had people all warmed up, and the show began!

Take a look (above), and tell us what you think of his routine!

I thought he was great. I like that he addressed social issues and didn't sing a stupid song, do a lame dance or talk to some cast member in the audience.

Anyone who thinks this is innapropriate doesn't understand what stand up comedy is, he wasn't being disrespectful.
