Good grief. Little kids look at each others privates, it happens. They are inquisitive and aren't being some creepy perv, especially at that age! It's adults that take that innocence away and take something as natural as wanting to look at something and turn it into something perverse.

I don't get easily offended but this … I mean come on! For someone who speaks so much about being a feminist what the hell?! I'm sure lots of kids saw each other's parts but not their damn siblings?! And even then if it were a friend and you asked to examine their parts it's still so strange and uncomfortable. I can't believe she's this desperate for controversy that she's willing to admit this

  3. 3

That's what you get for being such a disgusting VILE person. You think everything you do is so fucking charming and quirky, but the world doesn't revolve around your behavior, you fucking slob. To me that is sexual abuse, maybe there are some stories that shouldn't be told. Grow the fuck up.

  4. 4

Forgot the part where they also reported she frequently masturbated with her sister in bed with her. I didn't see any excerpts from the book on that part, but that's being reported as well.
But, no, I never looked at another child's privates. No one I know said they did, either.

Kissing for five seconds? Never did that, either, especially by bribe.

"Relax on [her]"? What? This whole page is nothing but weird shit I've never known any other child to do.

oh, of course the liberal left makes this all about conservatives. lena is a sicko, they left out her other bizarre comments about masterbating next to her sister and other items that aren't just something every kid does. Give me a break. If she were a man, everyone would be disgusted by her. She's weird and she made statements. and why would her sister put rocks in her vagina if she didn' know anyone would be looking there. But, as usual, the fucktards on the left make this about conservatives and not the fact that Lena is gross and wrong. WTF did she think most people would think about this. But, as the left always does, please deflect. LENA IS A SICKO!

Props to Lena for baring her soul to tell you a story. There is nothing perverse about it, she was a kid… kids are curious fellows. You should applaud her for being so brave and telling this story, not knock her down for it. Go ahead, all of you…tell your embarrassing kid story and see how the world reacts. Keep on keeping on Lena.

Maybe the cow will have learned that telling everyone in the world completely inappropriate things has a price. I'm sure her sister is horrified to have her name drug through all this crap too. But its all about Lena isn't it?

  8. 8

What did you expect? She's a jew.

Re: Alien – Sorry but NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!! Yes, kids are inquisitive. I guess I am the one who is supposed to feel "wrong" for never looking at any of my friends naked as a child! It is NOT "normal' Or mere "inquisitiveness" for her to say she used the techniques that child predators do on her sister. She blatantly said that in her book - she acted like a child predator. That goes beyond innocent "inquisitiveness". So does the masturbating next to her sister. Definitely something not right about all of this. And yes- it IS abuse. I have a little sister 10 years younger than me - I NEVER explored her her naked or did anything like Lena did to my sister.

Re: MichJB – no - a 17 yr old masturbating on the side of an 11 yr old sibling is NOT a case of childhood curiosity. It is gross and inappropriate. Period.

The student comes to exceed the master…
This is what you get to create scandals against the truth of God!

16"And the ten horns which you saw, and the beast, these will hate the harlot and will make her desolate and naked, and will eat her flesh and will burn her up with fire. 17"For God has put it in their hearts to execute His purpose by having a common purpose, and by giving their kingdom to the beast, until the words of God will be fulfilled…

    How ironic!

18 mars 2014 - When Lena Dunham's first movie, Tiny Furniture, came out, many critics made favorable comparisons to Woody Allen's films. But maybe there ..—

Yet once more, feminists will do common front for one of them (even if the latter has done something they gladly would accused any man "for the exact same thing"…) for the sole purpose to avoid a systematic but inevitable collapse of their dishonest organization.

  14. 14

Only in America this can cause controversy. American society is so overtly sexualised, yet one cannot ever talk about sex, sexuality and private parts. It's so hypocritical. Lots of siblings see each other naked and they don't give a fuck about it, because it's all completely innocent. In Europe, lots of little kids, especially siblings, take baths together or run around on the beach naked. And it's all considered normal. You people need to get over yourselves.

Even Perez leaves out some very important passages from her book about sexual encounters related to her sister going on when Lena was 17.

She has crossed the line and if a boy did this to his sister, he would be vilified.

I know a good number of people that had curiosity sexual encounters with peers as a child including myself.
Yes it's a dirty little secret but youd probably be surprised at how many people had this curios experience as a child.

I'm not offended by 7 year old "looking at" and comparing body parts. I AM OFFENDED by a 17 year old masturbating while also touching and sleeping with her ten your old sister and kissing her for extended periods of time. The last parts are disturbing and apparently being ignored for the sake of making the "right wingers" out to look like over-reactors.

no, can honestly say I've never LOOKED AT A female friend's VAGINA. That's completely different than looking at someone when they're naked as we've all done at time because WE SAW EACH OTHER NAKED as kids. And no most kids don't masturbate in bed with their younger sister. She's sick.

Hmmm, its a little strange, I have a boy and a girl, about 4 years apart. The boy has asked where the girls "thing" is when I have been changing her nappy. I simple explained girls don't have them. That was the extent of that, technically I guess he has looked at his sisters bits, but Lena's story seems really strange to me as it went on further than that. The boys likes to cuddle and baby the girl but bribing a kiss for 5 secs - I don't think it was necessarily predatory, but I do think that is very, very strange.

  20. 20

    It's Jess:
Yes, the things you describe ARE normal. It is NOT normal to physically move clothing to peer at someone's privates, it is not normal to bribe them for extended kisses on the lips or "relaxing" on her, it is not normal to masturbate in the same bed you're sharing with.

I guess you missed the part in her book where she said she did these things off and on until the age of 17…

    22

For everyone saying "she was only 7" the bribery obviously happened when they were older. "As she grew, I took to bribing her for her time and affection: one dollar in quarters if I could do her makeup like a “motorcycle chick.” Three pieces of candy if I could kiss her on the lips for five seconds. Whatever she wanted to watch on TV if she would just “relax on me.” Basically, anything a sexual predator might do to woo a small suburban girl I was trying." I mean for goodness sake, she calls HERSELF a sexual predator. Why is this even a question? And I don't buy that a 1 year old placed pebbles in her own vagina. Who the hell sits a 1 year old outside with no diaper on in the driveway? Because she would have had to be diaperless to pull that off. If Lena Dunham was Larry Dunham the outcry would be deafening. But because she's a woman, it's just harmless experimentation. I don't understand people.

Let's get our facts right. This was NOT a one time thing as a 7 year old as is being mentioned. Her unhealthy obsession with her sister continued on till she was 17! Here is a quote from her book, where she talks about how she masturbated while her sister's "sticky, muscly" body is thrashed against her. "I shared a bed with my sister, Grace, until I was seventeen years old. She was afraid to sleep alone and would begin asking me around 5:00 P.M. every day whether she could sleep with me. I put on a big show of saying no, taking pleasure in watching her beg and sulk, but eventually I always relented. Her sticky, muscly little body thrashed beside me every night as I read Anne Sexton, watched reruns of SNL, sometimes even as I slipped my hand into my underwear to figure some stuff out."

I hope her show gets cancelled. Honey Boo Boo got canned, maybe hers will be canned too. But who knows she has a bit more 'star power' than HBB.

  27. 27

Re: Dreams – Yeah the wording is what made this even more uncomfortable. This was not light hearted and not a one time thing. The way she worded it it seems like she actually got off on it wtf

Facts are facts and anyone trying to minimize that what she did to her sister is not twisted, not pedophilia is just flat out dishonest.

This spoiled, arrogant yet bright young woman is clearly a little too full of herself to think anything she "shares" is acceptable and OK.

What she did to her much younger sister IS NOT OK

Let me just say I'm as left-wing as they come, and also a feminist… and I've always thought Lena Dunham is an annoying idiot. Just so everyone knows, she is not the voice of all feminists. She's always saying baffling "shocking" things that want to make you think she's cool or something, but it just falls flat. I only know of her because I watched a few episodes of "Girls", and that show was TERRIBLE! I wanted to punch every character in the face. Anyway…

Well, this stuff is crazy. She clearly had an unhealthy "fixation" on her sister. The "I'll show you mine and you'll show me yours" game that kids do is normal, nothing really wrong with it. But this went way beyond that. It's just wrong. I mean, she wrote, and I quote, "Basically, anything a sexual predator might do to woo a small suburban girl I was trying.". WTF! She "jokingly" compares herself to a sexual predator (completely tasteless!!) and now is mad that people are calling her out for being a sexual predator. What is wrong with her? What an attention seeking idiot. Go away, Lena. You're awful.
