Doesn't sound like a good thing at all. Sounds like they're giving up on her.

I would be very surprised if this story is correct.

If true, she could be arrested. So I don't buy this story .

I hope this is not true and I hope she gets some help. Praying

Public curatorship must consider this case and logically demand, for the future well-being of this woman, that all her assets be put under assisted monitoring of guardianship of someone mandated by the State! No kidding! She will ruin her wealth.

The shrink let her go and her parents probably can't afford a prolonged court battle.

If this is true it sounds like they are going to let her blow all her money and hit rock bottom so that she'll be forced to get help seeing as everything else they have tried has not worked and there really is no other option. I mean when it ends in feburary she'll start spending it again so what difference does it make if they just end it now. At least she won't be asking random people for money or doing anything dangerous or scandalous for it

If this is true, i wouldnt be surprised… her parents have tried everything, they cannot help someone that doesn't want help. I feel for her but i think it's nothing left to do for her.

Mr and Mrs Bynes, you have really tried. She is in Gods hands.

If this is true, all the more reason to keep it going. Her parents should be more concerned with Amanda's health than anything else. Caregiver burnout is a bitch, but this is their daughter.

dayum…..It would have been easier to stop giving her gift cards, and have her arrested if she makes terroristic threats. Her parents need counseling too.

    Cant she just die already.

Moving back to Texas is not new. They've been building a house in Leander for months.

  14. 14

Time to let her go. When she hits rock bottom she will ask for help and that's the only time she will be receptive to it.

    15

She needs to be locked up

  16. 16

Don't blame the parents, they are pretty old and this has to be taking a real toll on them. Hope she gets the help she needs.

  17. 17

Wtf?? Poor Amanda! The parents *are* giving up on her!! It's only a matter of time before she's found dead. Wouldn't that legal thing allow them to keep her in a psych ward? Why not do that??!?

  18. 18

Re: teeter totter – That's bullshit. I'm sure they could have kept her in a psych ward somewhere. She wouldn't have liked it but tough shit

  19. 19

Re: teeter totter – Oooh nooo the poor parents… how sad for them… what about Amanda who very clearly has mental issues on top of the paps following her every move, probably making things worse??

  20. 20

OF course. Let that TRASH out and let her play with the 5.7 millions. The're gonna go in 3 months ..tops. And thennnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnn….who's gonna save her? IDK. mAybe she's on the 27-28 club.

  21. 21

good leave her the fuc alone

Amanda has treated her parents poorly. She does not have any regard for others. She is self absorbed. Her parents are doing the right thing. I hope they have grand babies many other of life's aspects to enjoy. Live in the moment and enjoy all the love in your life.

  23. Janet says – reply to this

    23

Well Amandas parents are pretty old and probably have their own health problems to be dealing with. This whole situation with all the stress was not good for them anyways

  24. 24

Wrong as usual Mario. Her parents are transferring the conservatorship to a mental health professional and there have been no death threats. Stick to cutting and pasting. You're not a journalist.

Re: Mad Dog – That's better news. She might get good help and face/deal with the pain, any flawed thinking/conclusions; meds if needed, and then put it behind her and move forward towards her intended and a happier life.
Child stars although blessed financially, sometimes seem to pay for it later for a while until they hopefully figure it all out.

There should be some kind of good-will exemption from covering all the news of a person's public meltdown. Especially when you know that a mental illness is involved, I wish someone like Perez would take a stance of just stepping away from it all. Actively decline to further the press coverage.

    Re: Crowley

You are going to go to hell when you die.
You should look at the following videos:
Devil talking out of teenage girl by April and Wayne Show
Hell pictures - A Trip to Hell (Full Version) by hwa bi Jung
Go to 19:55 to 36:08, then 10:10 to 19:55, then 7:35 to 10:10, then 36:08 to the end of the video. Or whatever you want. You are not very intelligent so the first part would not interest you.

Book of Psalm, Chapter 94, Verses 7- :
They have said, "The LORD does not see, Nor does the God of Jacob pay heed." Pay heed, you senseless among the people; And when will you understand, stupid ones? He who planted the ear (God), does He not hear? He who formed the eye (God), does He not see?

Saint Isaiah, Chapter 5, Verse 20:
Woe to (trouble to) those who call evil good, and good evil; Who substitute darkness for light and light for darkness; Who substitute bitter for sweet and sweet for bitter!
