This is inspiring and eye opening at the same time.

John David Glaud has become a bit of a viral star for his inspirational story of going down from 360 pounds to 200 pounds… quickly.

But life hasn't been all gravy since the dramatic weight loss, and John's latest video shows him facing his biggest insecurity about his new body — his loose skin.

He said:

"I'm comfortable clothed. I'm not that comfortable unclothed."

The very brave John then strips down and reveals the loose skin that hangs from his body from his chest to his legs.

However despite the fact that he doesn't like the loose skin one bit, he's still very proud of his lifestyle changes that have led to his weight loss. As well he should be!

He says in the video:

"I wanted to have a perfect body, but that's not the case. And that's okay. Loose skin and all, I'm happy with where I've come from and where I am at now."

We applaud John for sharing his biggest insecurity on camera, and hopefully it inspires other people to do the very same.

As we're sure his hard work at losing weight has already inspired so many!

You go dude! We love what you stand for, and we'll be following your ah-mazing journey from here on in!!!

Looking at his loose, flabby skin doesn't make me feel empowered at all. Sorry. Makes me a little sick really.
