We're so glad to hear that Tori Spelling is feeling better!
On Monday, the reality star explained her recent trip to the hospital, and where her health stands now on TODAY with Kathie Lee & Hoda.

Spelling candidly revealed that her children contracting pneumonia and various emotions triggered the awful illness:
"It just hit me the hardest and there are emotional components, always. I'm just learning that. At 41, I'm realizing that…you can repress emotions for as long as you want, but they come out in certain ways."
You're totally right, Tor! Sometimes you just need to let it out!
The True Tori star also took the opportunity to address the sad selfie she took while in the hospital that alluded to an unsupportive family member. When asked about whether or not her mother Candy Spelling visited her or reached out, Tori explained:
"Um…it's not something I'm willing to get in to out of respect, but nothing happened in the hospital."
When prompted further about whether or not the two spoke during her health scare, Mrs. McDermott replied:
How awful — especially since Candy told us the pic wasn't about her!
And despite reports, Tori's husband Dean McDermott was nothing but wonderful during her stay:
"He was by my side daily. He proved it. He was home taking care of four kids. He really stepped up. And that was the big thing on the show this season. I was like, 'Step up! Take care of the kids! You've been away. You've been dealing with yourself for so long. Come back to us.' And he has—in a big way."
While we're disappointed that mother and daughter can't work it out, we're happy that Tori is taking her health more seriously, and that Dean has stepped up his fatherly duties!
