Kristin Chenoweth really is one of the busiest actresses in entertainment!
After becoming a household name in 2003 for playing Glinda in Wicked, Kristin branched out to take over every aspect of the industry.
Now, after years of award winning roles on TV and in movies, as well as just releasing her fifth studio album Coming Home on Tuesday, the 46-year-old sat down with us for an EXCLUSIVE chat about going back to her roots and making a return to Broadway!
"In 2015, I'm getting to do one that I wanted to do since I was in college — I get to do Lily Garland in On the Twentieth Century. That's definitely been on the list, so that's coming true!
I love Mame, and I love Hello Dolly. I hope one day I get to do those shows. I'm involved in a story about Tammy Faye Baker, and I'm involved in the musical version of Soap Dish, so I think the best is yet to come!"
We know those are her dream roles, but we can only dream of seeing her star as Dolly!

And seeing as she is a powerhouse in the Broadway world, we just had to find out what she thought about NBC's upcoming Sound of Music Live! follow-up, Peter Pan Live!; starring Allison Williams and Christopher Walken.
"I'm glad that they're doing [live shows], because I think that anytime we see musical theater live, or anything live, actually, a performance on TV, I'm happy because some kid in Oklahoma that can't afford to go to Broadway is getting to see what it could be like, while sitting at home in the living room. That makes me real happy.
I think Allison is going to be a good Peter Pan. I know that she's a sweet girl, and she can sing, and I just I can't wait to watch her."
We're right there with ya, Kristin!
Watching Carrie Underwood on stage last year was so entertaining, we can't wait to see what they do this time.
Make sure to catch Kristin when she stars in On the Twentieth Century when it opens in early 2015 and you can buy her new album Coming Home here on iTunes!
