We're glad to hear Tori Spelling is taking care of her health.
The reality star, whose past year included a stress induced hospital stay, opened up to Dr.Oz about how she's finally taking care of herself after years of worrying about everyone else, including her unfaithful husband, Dean McDermott.
The 41-year-old also got specific about the terrible symptoms she experiences when she's under a lot of stress.

Spelling opened up, saying:
"Oh, my gosh. I don't deal with stress well, before the show, before True Tori, so anytime I would have emotional stress, for years, my whole life, I would just repress and keep going and keep going and no one knew, really. And it would just start coming out. I would be sick all the time, sinus, migraines, everything. I don't want to keep going on like that. I'm at that place where I don't like the way my kids see me. I don't like them seeing me as sick."
We completely agree with the True Tori star where it concerns her kids — children shouldn't have to worry about their parents well-being!
Now I realize after being in the hospital for two weeks being away from my kids that that was my rock bottom, because they weren't even fazed by me being in the hospital. They're used to it. And I don't want them to grow up thinking moms sick, so I need to change. I need prioritize me and my problem is I put everyone before me. And I think it really does go back to childhood, not feeling worthy enough that I should be allowed to be taking care of or I should have any worth to even eat, drink, you know, to get to me first. It's all about my kids, my husband, everyone."
You're right, girl! You can't take care of anyone else unless you take care of yourself first!!
As for the momma of four's marriage with McDermott, she stressed that rebuilding the trust between them will "take time".
Makes sense to us.
No matter what happens with Dean, we hope Tori continues to take care of herself for the sake of her kids.
