Peter Pan Live! aired on Thursday night on NBC and we were pretty impressed!
Not only were the acting and singing top notch, but the production quality was seriously amazing.
The colors were vibrant, the sets were adorable and unique, and the special effects really brought home the entire thing!
Tinkerbell might have been a hard sell when the show was first pitched, but the CGI fairy was perfectly in place for all three hours!
But that wasn't the best part about Tink. In addition to flying around, she also lit up anything she touched, which was an amazing touch on the crew's part.
One of the most difficult parts of putting on Peter Pan is using the flight rig to make the characters soar through the air… but Peter Pan Live! had no issues with it!
But not only could the characters fly indoors, they were also able to fly over all of London!
And Neverland had some nice effects too. The entire set was amazing, but the fog-laced lake was really something special.
And Captain Hook's ship The Jolly Roger also featured one our favorite pieces of camera work in the show!
