Cuba Gooding Jr. just got cast to take on the role of a lifetime!
No, he's not reprising his role as Radio, in Radio 2: The Quickening. Why would you even guess that? LOLz!
He's been cast as O.J. Simpson in FX's American Crime Story: The People v. O.J. Simpson!
American Horror Story and Glee creator Ryan Murphy is the man behind the new show and casting decision!

His upcoming 10 episode miniseries has also cast Sarah Paulson as prosecutor Marcia Clark.
According to a press release, American Crime Story: The People v. O.J. Simpson is:
"[…] a look at the O.J. Simpson trial told from the perspective of the lawyers that explores the chaotic behind-the-scenes dealings and maneuvering on both sides of the court, and how a combination of prosecution confidence, defense willingness, and the LAPD's history with the city's African-American community gave a jury what it needed: reasonable doubt."
So the show will dramatize the true crime story of O.J.'s 1995 murder trail. We bet a TV show about a court case could do well. LOLz!
Seeing as how everything went down almost 20 years ago, we bet there are some juicy dramatic details people have forgotten.
And with Cuba in the lead? We know for sure this show will be fantastic!
