We have a feeling this case is going to get UGLY!
Angelea Preston, who appeared as an America's Next Top Model contestant on cycle 14 and 17, is suing Tyra Banks for 3 MILLION bucks!
Why? She claims she was unjustly disqualified from winning the show's top prize!

According to the lawsuit, Preston says she won the show's Cycle 17 in 2011 and therefore she was entitled to the top prize that included a $100,000 contract with CoverGirl cosmetics and a fashion spread in Vogue Italia.
Unfortunately for the model, she did NOT receive the prize, a snub which she attributes to her past as an escort.
Angelea contests that since her escort days occurred BEFORE the show, she did NOT violate any of the series' rules.
ANTM's network, the CW, responded:
"As noted during the broadcast of the America's Next Top Model finale in 2011, information about Angelea was learned after production wrapped on that cycle that led to her disqualification from the competition. We are confident that her lawsuit has no merit."
Well, if Preston wasn't forthcoming with her past prior to taping, we can understand where the network is coming from!
We wonder how this will all play out!
