This comes 10 days after Bill's accuser Judy Huth met with detectives.
While Judy had accused Bill of allegedly forcing her to perform a sex act on him while at the Playboy mansion decades ago, Bill claimed that Judy had attempted to extort him before suing.
But while today's decision was a victory for the 77-year-old comedian, his troubles are far from over.
Just this morning, another woman accused him of drugging and sexually assaulting her at the Playboy mansion, but this was in 2008. She has yet to file a police report.
