FBI Says The Sony Hack WAS North Korea Despite Other What Other Reports Claim!

Looks like they think they've found their man country!

The FBI was quick to pin the Sony hack attacks on North Korea, and they're standing by that conclusion.

The FBI was recently presented with new evidence showing that the attack may have been an inside job. There are also reports that the language patterns may prove that Russia was the culprit, and not North Korea.

But the FBI is standing firm. They released a statement, saying:

"The FBI has concluded the Government of North Korea is responsible for the theft and destruction of data on the network of Sony Pictures Entertainment. Attribution to North Korea is based on intelligence from the FBI, the U.S. intelligence community, DHS, foreign partners and the private sector. There is no credible information to indicate that any other individual is responsible for this cyber incident."

A State Department spokesman also agreed with this assessment on Tuesday.

It sounds like either the government has some pretty clearcut evidence… but these other agencies seem pretty sure of themselves too!

I believe Sony tried to create some sort of uproar by having hackers "attack" the company and putting the movie at risk. Then, people would emotionally respond by protesting and watch the movie as an act of defiance. This would have made the movie legendary if it had worked.
I watched it and I think it's a movie worth watching only if you're high. If not, then pass.
