Could this story get any more tragic?
Paul Walker's father, Paul Walker III, is suing the family of Roger Rodas, the man who was driving the car at the time of the 2013 crash that killed both Paul and Roger.

The actor's dad claims Rodas' family is in possession of his late son's exotic car collection worth $1.8 million, a claim the family rejects.
Due to the fact that Paul and Roger co-owned Always Evolving, a performance and racing shop, the issue of who legally owns the cars is somewhat murky.
Since the families can't agree, it appears this case will head to the courts.
We imagine this legal battles is going to be difficult for both sides, so we hope they can work something out before it gets messy.
