leelah alcorn left sorry note friends family fuck you mom dad

Ugh. This just keeps getting worse and worse.

Leelah Alcorn, the transgender teen who took her own life and left a heartbreaking suicide note, has even more to say after her death.

The 17-year-old had another post go up on her tumblr aptly titled SORRY, where she addressed all her friends and family for the last time.

Leelah addresses certain friends to reassure them of her love for them — but she ended with some STRONG NSFW words for her mom and dad.

She wrote:

"And now for my sorry notes to some people I knew…

Amanda: You are going to have such a wonderful life. You are the most talented and pretty little girl I've ever met and I love you so much, Amanda. Please don't be sad. I'm going to miss you so very much. I love you.

Tiffany: We haven't talked much recently since we're both so busy but I'm so happy you're my sister. You are so courageous and determined to achieve what you want, you can accomplish anything. I love you.

Justin: We've been jerks to each other a lot recently but I really do love you. You get on my nerves almost all the time but no matter what a part of me will always love you. Sorry for picking on you so much when we were kids.

Rylan: I'm so sorry I'm never there for you. I love you so much.

Abby: Thank you for dealing with my pathetic problems, all I did was make your life harder and I'm sorry.

Mom and Dad: Fuck you. You can't just control other people like that. That's messed up.

I don't really feel the need to apologize to anyone else… odds are you didn't give a shit about me and if you do, you did something that made me feel like shit and you don't deserve an apology.

Also, anyone who says something like "I wish I got to know him better" or "I wish I treated him better" gets a punch in the nose."

Wow. This situation continues to shatter our hearts in different ways.

Leelah's life will NOT be forgotten. To read, in her own words, why she took her own life, CLICK HERE.

If you or someone you know has suicidal thoughts, please urge them to call the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline at 1-(800)-273-8255 or visit their website HERE.

Sounds like a very sick confused twisted kid. Who didn't get to experience much of life to know that much about it.

Not to sound insensitive but it seems to me like this was more of an outcry for her parents attention. As a straight male i have to admit, this generation we’re growing up in is more accepting of these things more than ever. A look back in history shows that being gay, trans, etc. was considered a mental sickness. I think he/she should’ve thought about what those people had to endure back in those times before taking his life.

I think it so sad that this teen, male/female/gay or transgendered couldn't not look beyond this moment to make it through and instead threw it all away. We only get one life and there are times in all of our lives were the circumstances seem insurmountable, but I see and meet and hear about people all the time who have gone through horrible and devastating events in their lives and have come out the other side of that. People that had horrible childhoods, loss of parents or disease or horrible sexual or physical abuse who have overcome and survived. But I what I see these days are a lot of young kids who are quick to give up, to hand in the towel and to end it all, these kids are not survivors, they are quitters!

Re: Queen Bee 36 – … You know, you kind of people are the fucking problem. Suicide is not a rational or logical choice, it happens when your pain overwhelms your ability to cope. This girl, no one would take her to any sort of useful therapy! They sent her to Christian therapists who told her she was screwed up and wrong. It is so insensitive to call people who kill themselves quitters. Gain some fucking compassion.

Re: We_the_People_of_all – her parents still refer to her as a male. people like you are disgusting. she wasnt asking for attention she was asking for acceptance.

Re: reayanak – This person was a male, therefore they will be referred to as a man. Fuck off with the political correctness bullshit.

If they want to make this story an issue, to me it proves that these people are mentally ill!!!!!

I'm sorry but if the gay community demands acceptance, respect and tolerance, then they need to be able to GIVE IT in return for others THEY don't agree with. Otherwise, it's just hypocrisy and the same bigotry and bullying they accuse others of doing to them.

I'm deeply sorry for this boy's death. The parents have a right to their religious beliefs and to not accept that is too hypocritical.

Re: Jack Parker – I agree! Being gay/bi/trans is either a disgusting choice or mental illness. This MAN who was born a MALE needed psychiatric help instead of killing HIMself. HE was a bigot too for disagreeing with other people's beliefs.

Re: Smh – (post #10) absolutely agree. he was a boy. A young, confused boy. This said, his parents should embrace his lifestyle if that's what made him happy. It's wrong when everyone is jumping to their throats because they didn't know how deal with it. People are assholes, especially the ones who judge other people about something they have no idea what would do to their cushy little miserable lives!

Re: Smh – So what you're saying here, is that if ever you are a guy and you are attracted by women, this is therefore due by a simple choice you have made before?
    Wow!?
Then, if ever you would have done different choices like choosing to be bisexual, gay or transsexual? Ufff (shivering)… We are all doomed!!

There's a very small, very highly regarded college in Illinois (Shimer College) that welcomes trans people (and anyone LGBT–or straight). They accept students who have not yet completed high school–my queer daughter started when she was 16–and ALL students are treated with total respect. The president of the college is an out lesbian. If high school or parents or life is too painful, go where you are accepted for who you are. Oh, and about 22% of Shimer College graduates go on to receive doctoral degrees–about double the rate of Harvard, Stanford, Yale, or Princeton graduates. A year ago, one or their trans graduates received a full scholarship to a doctoral program at Harvard.

My name is Annold Nutall from North Carolina and my ex-boyfriend dumped me 8 months ago after I caught him having an affair with some other girl and i insulted him and told him never to come close to him again. But i later discovered that i love him so much and cannot do without him and I want him back in my life but he refused to have any contact with me. I was so confused and don't know what to do, so I visited the INTERNET for help and I saw a testimony on how a spell caster helped them to get their ex back so I contacted the spell caster and explained my problems to him… He cast a spell for me and assure me of 3 days that my ex will return to me and to my greatest surprise, the 3rd day my Joy came knocking on my door and begged for forgiveness. I am so happy that my love is back again and not only that, we are about to get married. Once again thank you Dr. Laco of Laco SHRINE & SOLUTION HOME, you are truly talented and gifted, please if you have a similar problem just like the one i was facing before i met with Dr. Laco then, you have to contact him through his email at: (lacopowerfulspellcaster@yahoo.com) for your spell.
