Ruth Wilson is a consummate actor and a master of her trade. Watch BBC's Luther where she plays a sociopath to perfection with Idris Elba or see her now on Broadway - she has a range of acting skills unlike any other.
Salute' Ruth - glad to see you get some recognition and "break-out" It's just the beginning for you! Congratulations.

Ruth Wilson is genius. She plays two personalities in the "he said - she said"
    The Affair.

I haven't watched her performance, but I loved her in Jane Eyre a few years back.

However, receiving this award she comes off rather arrogant and entitled. On a night with so many great speeches hers stood out like a sore thumb. Sure, award shows are a bit silly, but would it kill her to show a little bit of humility?

    Re: Mike
come on don't be so bitter. love viola too but ruth is better. viola perfomance is strong. ruth is more more complex and layered and heartbeaking.
not gonna comment on ”the nudity and exploitation” bit. clearly you haven't seen the show.
