Well, it looks like Beyoncé and Jay Z aren't making El Lay a forever home for their family!

And it's all because some jerk decided to outbid the Carters on a nice mansion in Beverly Hills! Thanks to him, Bey and Jay don't even want to BOTHER with anymore LA homes!

Now Blue Ivy can't have regular playdates with Titan!

This is why we can't have nice things.

Bey and Jay had been checking out a beautiful property that was on the market for roughly $70 million.

But according to an insider close to the deal, it was revealed the duo put in an offer a little less than the $70 million asking price and ALMOST sealed the sale!

However, out of nowhere, Markus Persson of Minecraft swooped in and took B out of the game, buying the house for the asking price.

The Crazy In Love couple supposedly told close friends in tinsel town they REALLY wanted that house and now they're turned off from looking for others.

There are probably better looking properties in the LA area, you guys just aren't searching hard enough!!

If they REALLY wanted it that bad, why not pay the asking price? It's not like they don't have the money…
