No, not Allied...

This whole incident sounds like a complete mess!
But then again, that's the kind of thing that happens when alcohol is around, right??
The reason for the alleged assault is unclear, but a witness revealed the victim asked to speak to the police about the altercation.
The Park City authorities arrived at the Tao nightclub around 3:30 a.m. to speak to both parties involved in the altercation.
"Something happened between the movie exec and Emile, and she said she had been assaulted and asked security to call the police. Emile didn't leave the scene, and calmly waited for the police to arrive, and spoke with them until around 5 a.m., after which he went home with his friends. No arrests were made."
Another source present at the scene of the crime also said the female executive did not press charges.
Since the tussle, there has been no further information regarding the incident.
A spokesperson for the Park City police department said:
"We are still investigating the details of the case and can't provide any further information at this time."
No word on whether or not alcohol was involved in the assault.
Reps for both Paramount and Tao declined to comment on the matter, while Emile's agent didn't say a single word when asked for a comment.
Whatever happened that night, we hope it all gets sorted out.
