Things got extra spicy at Tuesday's White House press briefing!
Spicer interrupted Ryan's question to unleash a cued-up tirade, barking:

Basically, Chris failed to complete 1,000 hours of community service stemming from his 2009 assault on Rihanna, a lapse the presiding judge is NOT happy about. Until the Loyal singer completes the remaining 100 hours, he won't be able to leave California to kick off the tour.
"I would first like to apologize to all the fans and people who have been supporters of me and all the music over the years. The beginning of the BTS tour has been moved to later dates now. The judge would not sign off on my travel to do the tour until I finish these last 100 hours of community service. I promise that I am busting my ass doing it everyday until it's complete. This is the most disappointing news I've gotten in a while. Everything happens for a reason so I wanted to personally inform my fans. The show must go on. Out of 1000 hours I only have 100 left. I will work my ass off to complete it and I will be on that stage. Once again I'm sorry for the delay. I love y'all! We will let y'all know the dates that are changed. It's not cancelled. Just moved around a couple weeks."
It's hard to feel sympathy for Chris when he has been given multiple chances to complete the community service. Similarly to Lindsay's fiasco, the 25-year-old CHOSE not to meet expectations and now he's paying the price.
To make matters worse, Karrueche Tran's boyfriend is already on thin ice — if he fails to complete the hours by his March court date or violates his probation AGAIN, he will face jail time.
Get your hours done, Chris! Jail time and disappointing your fans is not worth it!
